Thomas Dykes, M.D.
Dr. Dykes, Assistant Director of Vascular & Interventional Services for Spectrum Medical Group, is a board certified radiologist with Certificate of Added Qualifications in Neuroradiology and Vascular & Interventional Radiology. He received his medical degree from the University of Colorado Medical School and completed his radiology residency training at Maine Medical Center. His post graduate training also included a Cardiovascular & Interventional Radiology Fellowship from Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Hanover, New Hampshire. He is a member of the Society of Interventional Radiology, Interventional Radiology Society of Europe, Radiologic Society of North America, and New England Society of Interventional Radiology.
Dr. Dykes specializes in the treatment of peripheral vascular disease and cancer care. Dr. Dykes was amongst the first in the region to utilize minimally invasive techniques to repair abdominal aortic aneurysms without surgery. Dr. Dykes performs tumor ablations and chemoembolization for the treatment of cancers of the liver, lung, bone and kidneys.
